01. EMF: Hi, for a longer time it was very quite about After Forever, but now a new single/album comes up. Being everyone what facts can you tell about it ? Floor Jansen : Being Everyone is maybe our first single that is very easy listening without losing it´s typical After Forever sound. We think a lot of people can listen to it, not only fans of metal and gothic. We hope it will get the airplay it deserves ! We´ve also made a videoclip, recorded during our tour through Latin America in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This turned out very cool and we think it will put extra emphasis on the song and the single!

Interviews/A
01. EMF:  HI, cool, that I can get an interview with you, cause your music is really powerful and innovative. It seems also very interesting  to me to succeed with a band mixed up with members of France and England. How did this come off with Angher? Greg : Hi! 4/5 of the band is based in Paris but we couldn't find the right singer here in France, for several reasons: I was having in mind a very specific type of voice (mix of James Hetfield, Tom Araya and Danko Jones) and all the guys we've met just didn't fit to the band's music...So I started to search our voice in UK and Adriano replied to one of my add!

  01. EMF: Hi ! First of all want to thank you to get such great Band support from your side. So Angtoria is a band or a project from Sweden. How did you see Angtoria by your self, a fantastic singer like Sarah and two brothers in a team, what dose these mean for you ? Chris Rehn : We´re extremely glad to be working together because we work very well together. It´s been nothing but fun and we´re very much looking forward to taking the next step and releasing our debut album as ANGTORIA followed by live gigs and tours, which we hope will happen very soon.

  01. EMF: HI, thanks for an Interview with you. Your new CD Soul grinder is very impressing and powerful, So which attributes for your music would you describe personally? Fabio Smareglia :You're welcome! Thanks very much! You said the perfects words to describe Soul Grinder: the music is powerful and impressing! Soul Grinder is more heavy than our first album “The last command”. We reach the borders of trash is some songs but we consider Soul Grinder a strong classic metal cd. 02. EMF: Did you had a concept for Soul grinder, and what kind of facts can you tell me for it? Fabio Smareglia : The cd tells about totalitarism and mind control. 03.EMF: At the moment a lot of bands from Italy coming up. As a German Heavy Metal fan you only have known before Rhapsody Of Fire, the/former Rhapsody. How do you see this trend? Fabio Smareglia: Yes it's true. A lot of bands came up from Italy during the last years and this is good for the metal scene of our country. Bands such as Rhapsody, Domine and Labyrinth has open the way to several other bands. Now we have a reach metal scene even if ……….. (personally) I prefer the German metal scene. For me you have the metal music in the DNA from the past till our days. There is a thin or –better – an heavy line from Wagner to the present metal scene. Of course this is my personal think! 04. EMF: As I have read in older reviews in the web, you were often compared with Iron Maiden, Have they an influence to you, or what are your influences today, what inspires you to your lyrics? Fabio Smareglia: Several reviews has compared us with Iron Maiden for the reason that for some years we played as an Iron Maiden tribute band. As this, we played 3 Brain Damage tour with Nicko Mc Brain in Italy and Greece. But, playing our music is quite different from Maidens' one. The rhythmic patterns are heavy and faster with some double bass drum insert, the voice is more aggressive, there are only few twin guitar pattern than in Maidens' one. It could be interesting hear what you think about our influences. I can tell you that we are inspired from the hard and heavy metal scene of 70' and 80'. From R.J.Dio to Rage, from Black Sabbath to Led Zeppelin or Judas Priest. About the lyrics we have some passion: the 2nd world war and the future. So our lyrics tell about the feelings of the soldiers in the tranches (as E.M. Remarque Nothing new in the western front) and about a future controlled by machines and totalitarism (as G.Orwell Great brother or atmosphere as in Blade Runner). 05. EMF: To have an impression about Soul grinder, can you give some short comments to the songs? 01. Dawn of Blood Heavy classic song that kick your asses! 01. Order of Hate Heavy mid tempo song. 02. A New Rebellion The fastest and more furious song of the album. 03. Soul grinder Aggressive song that title the cd. It is one of our favourite songs. 04. The Call of the Undead Speed metal song with a great chorus. 05. Hundred Knives mid tempo song with a fast chorus. 07. Fatherland My favourite song. The lyrics are taken from the book of R. Harris. It's a strong heavy song. 08. Cassandra the most articulate song of the album. 09. Hellish Fire another speed song with classic metal chorus. 10. Dream Catcher this song is a little bit different from the others. 11. Steel Brigade the song for all the metal bangers. Influenced by Judas Priest, if you want to find some influence. Listen to it and join the steel brigade!! 06. EMF: What about your next aims, and when will you publish the next record? Fabio Smareglia: Now we have to promote this album and we think to record the next ones in 2007. But up to now we don't know exactly when. It could be next autumn. 07. EMF: Can the German fan hope see you live on stage in Germany? Fabio Smareglia: This is one of our aims. We'd like very much to play in your country! We'll try to organise some gigs for the next years. 08. EMF: What kind of success of the CD do you notice up to now? Fabio Smareglia: Up to now Soul Grinder has received great reviews from different countries of the world: from south America to Europe to east asia. We are very happy. 09. EMF: Can you give a kind of private view about the Band? Fabio Smareglia: Yes of course! Ah.ah. do you have enough time to spent? I have a lot of interesting infos but…… I could risk my life! Anyway I'll try to give you some infos about the guys of the band. Luigi or Gigi Bonansea – the singer – is more or less a sex machine or …. He thinks to be that!!! But don't tell him what I've written! He is also a great friend, for me he's almost like a brother. We met 20 years ago and up to know we never have tried to kill each others! Stefano Pooma Pomero – the Rage's soul of Anthenora –is the other old brother of the band. He likes to collect Gibson Guitar!!! Boh! Crazy sickness!!! He should like the Kai Hansen could be in the future the major of the world! It could be a good idea. Steve Balocco, the bass player, is a mate that come on the Anthenora's train during the years. He's the most optimistic man in the world. For him everything is going always good and every song is good. “I've listened it well and for me it's good” he always says. Meko Borra, “son of a bitch” – is the other guitar played. He is the new member of the band. It started to played with us last years but it seems an old mate as we played together for many years. And last but not the least the drummer! What could I say about me? I can't tell to be the sexiest drummer in the world because Mike Terrana has said this about him before me!! I could say that I like to collect shorts to play drums and the other guys of the band tell me that I often choose the worst colours or that the clothes I use are to small and short that I could excite some gorillas!! 10. EMF: I have seen an my space page of you in the web, what do you think of this place and how important is the Internet for you? Fabio Smareglia: Internet is great way and instrument for new band to reach new fans. For that internet very important for us: we have fans from south America to the far East. 11. EMF: As a result at the moment, what may be possible for Anthenora? Fabio Smareglia: We don't fix any limit for us. We just play and then we'll see what we'll happen! 12. EMF: Do you believe in Eternity, or in something that could last for Eternity? Fabio Smareglia: To this question I'll answer only for my personal belief. I don't answer for the other guys 'cause each one has his own believes. I don't believe in eternity or – better – in the eternity oh the soul of the spirit. For me the only way to live in the eternity is to be remember or to live in the memory Of the others. This is the only kind of eternity I believe in. But …. I could also give you another answer: “I believe in the eternity of metal”. But it should not be a serious answer! 13. EMF: Any words at least? Fabio Smareglia: Thanks to EMF and to all the german headbagers for supporting us. Join the steel brigade and Anthenora's family!!   Interview Online since :17.10.06 More Information under : http://www.anthenora.com/ Thank's @: Fabio & Anthenora

  01. EMF: HI, your new CD, Requiem Of Time is now in the stores. So, what kind of facts can you tell me about the sound, the producing of the CD and how long do you need for it? NPJ: I really like the sound. It's fat, powerful and raw. Just like a metal album is supposed to be. It took us about and and a half year from the day we started writing songs for the album until the finished disc was out in the stores and as always we produced it ourselves.

Olaf Lenk : Ich denke „the evil in you „ ist wesentlich Gitarrenorientierter als „only human“.

Neuer Mann - neuer Einfluss! .
